Our Culture

Our company is decentralized with strong General Managers to make the important property level decisions. The on-property executive team, which we call the Planning Committee, is empowered to run their hotel as an individual business. It is this philosophy that has attracted some of the top talent in the hospitality industry today.

The key members of our Corporate Staff have extensive experience in all facets of hotel management, including on-property management. The corporate team is focused, intelligent and they are available to provide support on a senior level to each hotels’ Planning Committee as needed.
